I replied to her saying I deserved a full refund because it was not my fault these items were not packed properly and the items were really only suitable to be binned. Since then I have heard nothing back. I am so disappointed with Deals Direct because I have spent hundreds of dollars over the last 12 months with them and they treat me like it was my fault the items were damaged. Only once before had I ever had anything go wrong with my orders, when a few items were not sent, and they did refund those items for me.
They really need to get their warehouse people packing the items better than they have been lately, because since those last damaged items arrived I have had another order arrived that also had something leak and make a mess over most of the items. I was able to salvage most of that order by cleaning the items that had slime all over them. Until these past few months all my orders had been well packed and no bottle had every leaked. But the last few deliveries I have received seem to have the items just thrown in heater skelter.
